About Us

BRITISH LUNG FOUNDATION HISTORY

The British Lung Foundation was formed in 1985, following a breakaway from the British Heart and Lung Foundation.  In 1991 Trevor Clay started the Breathe Easy Club as a national information and support club for people living with long term lung problems.  There are now over 200 Breathe Easy groups across the UK and this number is growing all the time.  One of these groups is ours.

BREATHE EASY BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

Breathe Easy Buckinghamshire was started in July 1995 and after a few moves to different venues we eventually settled in Rossetti Hall, 38, New Pond Road, Holmer Green, HP15 6SU.  With plenty of parking, easy access and kitchen facilities it has proven to be an ideal meeting place and our membership has grown.  We are, first and foremost, a support group for people with any type of lung disease, including Asthma.  We meet on the second Monday of every month at 2:30pm, when we have various speakers, hold raffles, have tea and biscuits but most of all, we have fun.
